Gardening group visit to local allotments

The gardening group visited the local allotments recently. The children had a great time looking around and discussing all things garden related - learning about compost, bark, soil and how to grow your own vegetables. There were still lots of impressive veggies to see and feel, giving the children some inspiration as to what they might like to try and grow once the school has completed it's improvement of the outside areas.
